Los océanos cubren más del 70 % de la superficie de nuestro planeta, regulan el clima, albergan una enorme biodiversidad y son esenciales para la vida en la Tierra. El pasado 8 de junio, con motivo del Día Mundial de los Océanos, tuvimos la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre la importancia de proteger estos ecosistemas y promover un uso responsable de sus recursos. 🌊
Después de más de 40 años en el sector, hemos visto cómo la sostenibilidad ha ido ganando protagonismo hasta convertirse en un aspecto fundamental para el futuro de la industria alimentaria. Hoy, más que nunca, creemos que es necesario apostar por prácticas responsables que contribuyan a preservar el entorno y a garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos para las próximas generaciones.
Este compromiso se refleja en diferentes acciones que forman parte de nuestro día a día. Una de ellas es la certificación ASC, que garantiza que los productos proceden de una acuicultura desarrollada bajo criterios ambientales y sociales responsables.
Más allá de las certificaciones, entendemos la sostenibilidad como un compromiso continuo, basado en la responsabilidad, la transparencia y la voluntad de seguir mejorando.
Durante la semana del Día Mundial de los Océanos, queremos reafirmar nuestro compromiso con una forma de trabajar cada vez más consciente y sostenible. ♻️

The oceans cover more than 70% of our planet’s surface, help regulate the climate, support an extraordinary level of biodiversity, and are essential to life on Earth. Last 8th June, on the occasion of World Oceans Day, we had the opportunity to reflect on the importance of protecting these ecosystems and promoting the responsible use of their resources.
After more than 40 years in the industry, we have seen sustainability become increasingly important, evolving into a key factor for the future of the food sector. Today, more than ever, we believe it is essential to support responsible practices that help preserve the environment and ensure the availability of resources for future generations.
This commitment is reflected in different actions that are part of our daily work. One example is ASC certification, which guarantees that products come from aquaculture operations developed under responsible environmental and social standards.
Beyond certifications, we view sustainability as an ongoing commitment, built on responsibility, transparency, and a willingness to keep improving.
